Eric earned his degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports Science with a minor in Sports Psychology from Western Washington University. Eric is also a Personal Trainer certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS), and a Functional Movement Specialist (FMS). The academic degrees and certifications focus on the study of body movement, mechanical patterns, and rehabilitation techniques giving him the ability to correct asymmetries and/or weaknesses by prescribing various exercises to increase core strength, balance, and endurance.
Eric strongly believes in chiropractic medicine’s holistic health approach. He is skilled in using numerous styles of exercise rehabilitation to help you recover from injury and maintain your health. He truly enjoys working with all types of patients and believes each case offers a different opportunity to challenge his ability to provide an effective rehab/exercise program.
For fun Eric enjoys activities in and out of the gym. He is a big Seattle sports fan, and loves playing Baseball, Basketball, and Softball in his free-time. Eric has lived in the Seattle area his entire life and really enjoys the Northwest’s outdoor lifestyle.
